Meet Chef Bailey
Food has always been the soul of my family. Meals are a way to comfort us, provide a feeling of belonging and togetherness. My cooking is inspired by my mother and grandmother where I watched and learned at a young age.
In my teen years I realized that dinners and family gatherings were prepared with true love, pride, and care.
I started cooking in 2019 for friends and large family events as a way to help out. I found myself accepting invitations to cook privately and Entrees By Jay was created in 2020 during the pandemic. I cooked and delivered fresh hot meals in a time when comfort from hard times was needed.
My cooking philosophy has evolved to infuse local popular tastes with the Caribbean traditional flavors so all dishes appeal to a wide variety of palates and taste.
I bring to you the same love, pride and care in every dish.
